Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the following business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email from us with your tracking number.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do ship to PO Boxes and to APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses.
We will only ship this product to United States destinations only at this time.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges vary depending on what product(s) you order and what class mail you choose. You can preview your shipping charges as you add products to your shopping cart. To do this, simply add an item to your shopping cart and pick which shipping option you would like to use.
Signature Confirmation Policy
For larger orders, generally over $100, we may require a signature confirmation to receive your order. This is to protect us and our customers. Shipping addresses with apartment numbers and P.O. Boxes may also be asked for a signature confirmation as well. The customer may request a signature waiver which upon doing so will relieve Great Lakes Nutrition of any liabilities of lost or stolen orders. No extra shipping charges will occur if we request a signature confirmation.
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund including shipping charges. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
